AudioText.me (Hereinafter AT.me) will provide its Clients (You) with International Premium Rate numbers, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

AT.me Obligations
AT.me will provide numbers to you to send traffic to. You will be paid the rate offered by AT.me for the traffic you send to the numbers.
We shall provide you detailed statistics regarding your traffic, like calls and minutes generated. AT.me will provide you Login details for the statistics panel. The statistics provided, may differ with those of the carrier.

Client Obligations
It’s the clients responsibility to cater service to its callers/users.
All bills should be paid to AT.me within 2 weeks of receiving the bill.
The client is responsible for the service provided on the numbers provided by AT.me.
Client needs to comply with the Laws and Regulations of the country (where the service is provided), as well as the its telecom legislation.
The client will have no right or can't claim any kind of ownership of the numbers.
AT.me needs to know from the client, the kind of service they offering through the numbers.
The service should not breach any Laws of the state, copyright laws , intellectual property and it should not be defamatory.
The client needs to pay all fines or charges levied upon by third party, dues to clients failure to comply with relevant rules and regulations issued by the third party.

Payment Rates and Terms
AT.me would set a specific rates and terms for every number.
Clients would be paid based upon those rates and terms.
AT.me can change the rate or terms of the number at its own discretion.
All chargeback or other fees if any shall be deducted from client's payments. If the charge back is higher than what credit the client has with AT.me, then the client agrees to pay the same with 2 weeks on receiving the invoice.
AT.me reserves the right to hold or not pay the client, in case there are chargeback or
